We recently got a new tent big enough for the whole family. Steve set it up in the back yard and he and Matthew are trying it out tonight. This is what they took on their campout:
Air mattress, blankets and pillows
Flashlight and headlamps
Matt's stuffed puppy dog
cookies and marshmallows for snacks
Steve's ipod to watch cartoons
We'll see if they make it all night!

Sounds like my kind of camping - indoor plumbing very close at hand, shelter if the weather turn nasty and plenty of sustenance if needed. Although those marshmellows sound like just the thing. I am anxiously awaiting pictures and an update. Bet Matthew had a blast!!!
