Another tradition at the kids' school is the Magic Pumpkin Patch.
One day before nap, all the kids go put "magic pumpkin seeds" out the in courtyard.
When they wake up it is filled with pumpkins!
At the end of the week, each child can take home a pumpkin.
Matthew and Jackson loved this! All week long we had to stop and look at the pumpkins when I dropped them off and picked them up.
And of course, last night we had to go pick out another pumpkin to take home. I guess the 4 we already had at home weren't enough. I suppose I'm lucky we only came home with 1 more.
