My brother in law (Steve's oldest brother), sister in law, niece and nephew live in Binghamton, New York, the site of last Friday's tragic shooting. Joe and his family are fine, but grieving with their community.
Joe works for the Broome County Council of Churches and has been heavily involved in the community recovery efforts. Here he is talking about what is being done for the victims and the community.
